A Drop of Black.

Please don't mocha me
for being flat-white.
I wish I could do black,
I wish I sat rich and dark
like Colombian.

Latte me tell you
about my smooth flavour.
I'm well rounded,
fruity and a bit cheeky,
not your normal grind.

You could smoke me,
I suppose, like a Cuban.
But a roasting wouldn't take
away any of my harshness or
bitter after taste.

So maybe dilute me,
like milk and honey.
Hot and sweet,
that's the way you like it,
cue me up and percolate.
