The first drowning his sorrows,
Face masked in whiskey sweat,
Facing up to his internal abyss
With a rope and climbing gear,
Abseiling deep to gather spirit
To gorge upon.

The second pacing his cage
As if locked in a hot car, wilting,
The lights burning tight holes
Upon his lithe body, 
And making it all up on the spot
As its streamed to the world.

The third, and most dangerous,
Silent... Waiting. Probably waiting
To be pushed. That's what he wants.
Tippled over the edge into the void
As the world watches on
And becomes martyr.
